stable vs. unstable

I'm considering removing this designation, which is described on the
download page:

http://tmda.net/download.html#branches

When I split the code up like this I envisioned that more development
would take place on the 'unstable' branch than what has happened. That
was almost 3 years ago, and at this point TMDA 1.1.x is not much
different than 1.0.x, other than some minor changes mentioned in the
UPGRADE file. I've been using 1.1.x for months and haven't had any
problems with it at all.

So at this point it seems like the stable/unstable designation is sort
of pointless and more trouble than it's worth. I think I will retire
1.0.x and make the latest 1.1.x the official version that the download
page points to. If a bug crops up, someone (presumably) can fix it.
New code can be added as necessary. No more work (even bugfixes) will
be done on 1.0.x at all.

Any objections?
