OK.  I was thinking that it'd be convenient if it were just one
command Especially one that provided it's output in the same format.
Currently, tmda-check-address provides output in one format and
'tmda-filter -M' does it in a different format.

If you'd prefer that I not add anything to tmda-check-address, that's
fine.  I can make it work using seperate calls to tmda-check-address
and 'tmda-filter -M'.
