I would think the log entry would look like this:

Date: Sat, 04 Nov 2006 10:16:28 -0800
From: "Simone May" <[email protected]>
   To: [email protected]
Subj: Free home-based vacancies.
Actn: HOLD (body-file /path/to/regex.txt hold 128)(2974)

Where 128 is the line number of the regex.txt file that caused the 
match. Alternately, it could say "line 128" for a more human readable format.
