The other comment I have on your templates is that I see you use UTF-8
liberally, e.g,

Subject.UTF-8: Falha na entrega de mensagem: retornando a mensagem ao remetente
BodyCharset: UTF-8

My understanding is that not all e-mail clients can deal with UTF-8
yet, so it's probably best to just use 'LATIN-1' instead unless
there's a specific reason you're using UTF-8 that I'm missing.
