Still having problems getting CONFIRM_CC to work = getting "message is looping" error

I've been trying to solve this problem off and on, and I've had limited 
success. I've been able to get CONFIRM_CC to work, but only to an email 
address off this server, i.e. to may yahoo account - the system still won't 
deliver an email to an adsne.com account. If I use adsne.com account for the 
CONFIRM_CC, the following message is sent back to the sender:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at providence.adsne.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

This message is looping: it already has my Delivered-To line. (#5.4.6)

I can send an email to myself through an email client, though.

My current conf file is as follows:

In the incoming log, I see that it attempts to CC me, but there are multiple 
entries in the attempt to deliver the message.
