Jim -

Thanks for the response. This was working with the older versions of
TMDA/tmda-cgi (1.1.4 and 0.13 respectively). I rebuilt the RPM for 1.1.8 and
installed those, and grabbed the 0.15 release of tmda-cgi and ran configure,
here are the contents of tmda-cgi.h:

$cat tmda-cgi.h

#define PYTHON    "/usr/bin/python"
#define INSTALL   "/root/temp/tmda-cgi-0.15/"
#define MODE      "TMDA_CGI_MODE=system-wide"
#define DISP_DIR  "TMDA_CGI_DISP_DIR=/display"
#define BASE_DIR  "TMDA_BASE_DIR=../tmda-1.1.8/"
#define VUSER     "TMDA_VUSER=vpopmail"
#define SESS_PRE  "TMDA_SESSION_PREFIX=/tmp/TMDASession."
#define SESS_EXP  "TMDA_SESSION_EXP=300"
#define SESS_ODDS "TMDA_SESSION_ODDS=0.01"
#define TMDARC "TMDARC=None"
#define AUTH_TYPE "TMDA_AUTH_TYPE=remote"
#define AUTH_ARG "TMDA_AUTH_ARG=pop3://localhost"
