I haven't heard if they are, but I don't *think* that should make a
difference, since this is just a python script.  If python works on a
64-bit platform, tmda-cgi should work too.

I think it may be a problem with your .tmda directory.  Make sure that
it (and the key) is mode 0600 or 0400 and try again.
