Issue with TMDA skel creating

I posted on both of these mailing lists that the %(Parent)s wasn't being
properly installed.

I found it out.

 

I searched the tmda mailing list and saw Bill Shupp's email with the same
issue.

The problem was modifying the defaults.ini because my vpopmail isn't in
/home/vpopmail but in /var/vpopmail and symlinked to home, but it doesn't
seem to matter. changed the ini and all is good.
