Well, tmda-filter works as described in the HOWTO mentioned above, but
the tmda-pending case fails.  The pending directory is not found.

I'm now convinced that the tmda-pending program also needs a
--vhome-script argument, just like tmda-filter and tmda-ofmipd.

I'll get to work on that in my spare time.
