tmda testing

I have setup a test server that I want to flood with traffic before 
going into production with tmda.  However, I don't want confirmation 
requests sent from the test server.  That would really confuse both my 
users and their correspondents.  I find the configuration flag to turn 
off the confirmation acceptance mailings but don't see one for the 
confirmation requests.  How can I shut those off for testing?
