What is supposed to occur when a originator sends an email and it goes 
into the pending queue.  The originator receives the challenge and sits 
on it.  The recipient then reviews the pending messages and delivers it 
because he recognizes that the message is important.  Sometime after 
that the originator responds to the challenge.  What should happen when 
TMDA receives the response?  The original message is no longer in the 
pending queue.
