Duplicate e-mails when whitelisted from TMDA

Hello All, 

Every time that I whitelist an e-mail from my TMDA-cgi filter it delivers
two copies of the same message into my inbox.  Does anyone else have this
same problem?  And, on that note, does anyone know how to fix this?
