TMDA-ofmipd failure

Running the latest version of TMDA under Python 2.4 on FreeBSD.

 

When sending mail, I get the following error from TMDA-ofmpid:

I realize that the issue is coming from tmda-inject (ultimately), however, I
can't seem to find the problem.

 

Any ideas/help would be most appreciated.
