Sample _complete_ /etc/tmdarc file?

I'm installing TMDA on a new system.  It's my first new installation in
a couple years, as all I have been doing is periodically upgrading the
installation on my old site.

The older installation gave me a sample /etc/tmdarc that contained all
of the configuration variables plus a short description of each one.
However, it appears like we no longer have such a file, as the
"contrib/dot-tmda/config" file only contains 36 lines and a handful of
variables.  It's clearly a sample ~/.tmda/config rather than a sample
/etc/tmdarc.

Is there a sample /etc/tmdarc file that contains all of the
configuration variables and short descriptions of them?  I'm looking for
one that goes with version 1.1.11.
