email aliases

Hi

I have an email alias that maps to a list of real users,
one of which is a tmda user. my flow of email is antivirus checking, 
spam checking,
then tmda using courier.

Unfortunately, when someone does NOT reply to the confirmation request, 
it causes
everyone on the list to NOT receive the mail since it's held in 
pending!  is there a way to work
around this in tmda?
