Greylisting operates at the SMTP level, i.e. by the time TMDA is 
handling your message, its much too late.

Support depends on your MTA, and in at least one case, your OS.  Which 
MTA are you using?  I doubt you're using OpenBSD, but if you are, man 8 
spamd.

Probably for a shared host, you're out of luck unless they install it 
for you.  As Jason said, perhaps it's time to look for another host...
