Filter question on return-path

Greetings all, I hope this email finds you well. I searched on this but couldn't find an answer, so perhaps I didn't look in the right places. Basically, does the filters/incoming file focus not just on From: but also on Return-Path? I'd like to ensure that in at least one instance, the Return-Path is used in the "from [email protected] ok" setting.
