CGI_URL: Old-style URL is not compatible with virtual users

I have a problem with the URL confirmation.
I configure CGI_URL and I got a strange error:
"Old-style URL is not compatible with virtual users"

See attachement for complete text error.

Do you know how I can fix it?

I am running tmda-cgi on Plesk, server-wide mode
