Urgent Problem: "Cannot change to directory: ..."

Hi,

I installed tmda-cgi and everything was working fine until I reboot  
the server:
Now I get in Explorer the following message:

Cannot change to directory: /usr/local/src/tmda-cgi-0.16.4/

Tmda-filter still working!

Anyone can help?
