Also for anyone interrested I just found the vadduser-tmad script, and
I followed the directions on putting it in my /home/vpopmail/bin
folder, and putting vtmdarc into the /home/vpopmail/etc/ folder, and
made sure all of the paths in it were correct. Then I added a new user
called [email protected] with it.  The whole process worked fine.  The
.qmail files were created (although not where the TMDA documentation
says), and it created all of the directories and files for ~/.tmda/,
etc.

So I sent a test email to the [email protected] account and it did not
show up.  I did not get any bounce and I didn't get any of the
templates back to the sender either.

So since the email hasn't come through, and the email hasn't bounced,
I have gone into my logs and did a grep search for '[email protected]'
for all logs.  Ignoring the IMAP log entries, this is what I found.
But I don't see any problems here:
