Thanks, but I'm not interested in any sort of spam filtering because no spam 
filtering works.

By "works" I mean "never blocks legitimate email".

The only thing that has a chance of working (apart from putting a fee on 
sending email) is challenge-response.

Challenge-response has worked wonderfully for me.  Zero spam, and no lost 
legitimate email.

IMHO, spam filters (bayesian or whatever) should simply be banned.  They 
are "snake oil" that fools non-technical people.

That's why I've used TMDA for years. :-)
