in practice though, this works fine. Amazon doesn't use third parties to 
relay their mail, nor do any of the other large ISPs. the Postfix method 
i posted reads from a file of acceptable relay domains to test against, 
therefore if you found that Amazon started relaying mail from 
somehost.amazon.net, you'd just add amazon.net to this file along with 
amazon.com.
