It's not clear what you are expecting. Are you looking for outgoing mail
to pass through TMDA, or incoming mail? postfix will get incoming mail
(as it should), and if you've configured TMDA in your .forward file
postfix should deliver the mail to TMDA. It looks like perhaps you
haven't done that.

Outgoing mail has to be configured separately. Either you need your mail
client to send via tmda-sendmail or you need to run tmda-ofmipd and
configure your mail client to use that as the outgoing mail server.

Have you followed the configuration instructions?
