That is I= suspect you have the following rule in your incoming filter: =46rom * confirm That means that even the confirmation emails need tone confirmed since tagge= d address handling occurs after all other rules have been tried. Second it looks like the confirmation emails are being sent to a user named c= onfirm instead of tester.
