Looking at the logs you sent it looks like you have a rule in your incoming f=
ilter that essentially says that all emails need to be confirmed.  That is I=
 suspect you have the following rule in your incoming filter:

=46rom * confirm

That means that even the confirmation emails need tone confirmed since tagge=
d address handling occurs after all other rules have been tried.

Second it looks like the confirmation emails are being sent to a user named c=
onfirm instead of tester.  The To: Lin reads:

To: [email protected]

Instead of:

To: [email protected]
Or
To: [email protected]

So you may need to set the variable which tells tmda what email account name=
 to use when generating tagged addresses.
