I suspect this isn't right. 'from * confirm' is a pretty common rule,
I think (it's in the example incoming filter). I'd have to go over the
code to really check, though.

This is a very good point. The confirmation address is clearly screwy.
In fact, the original address was also screwy:

You can't have a username "tester-1" if your recipient delimiter is
"-". If this mail is actually reaching the tester-1 user, that
indicates the recipient delimiter is not the same in TMDA and Qmail.
TMDA appears to be using "-", but if Qmail recognized "-" it should be
delivering to a user named "tester".
