Email Distribution List - Sendmail+Virtusertable+TMDA

I have a working sendmail+virtusertable+tmda configuration.  However, I
would like to be able to send confirmed emails to a group of recipients.
For instance, if an email is sent to local user A and the sender
positively responds to the challenge, I would like for not only user A but
also [email protected] to receive the email that was initially sent to
user A.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
