I did a bit of forward porting (to python 3.4, current at the time) and
got permission from the author to rename it 'TMDAng'.  Besides the
forward-port, I also made it a full pypi package to make it easier to
install.

I use it for challenge-response via email.  I'm happy to take PRs to fix
whatever.
