TMDAretro for Python 2.7

I need TMDA to continue working under Python 2.7, so I created TMDAretro.  

It is available at:

  https://github.com/ccaputo/TMDAretro

Also, it is on PyPI, so the following is an easy way to test it out:

  pip2 install --upgrade --user TMDAretro

Feedback and fixes most welcome.
