SquirrelMail is email client and not email server. If you don't get emails
from some domain, you won't find them in your email client program. Check
filters set in your SquirrelMail options. Make sure that you don't filter
that domain to some folder. Check your email server logs. Some servers log
email sender's address before rejecting email.

If email server is setup correctly, emails don't get lost. They either reach
email recipient or bounce message (with rejection reason) reaches email
sender. If you haven't misconfigured your email server or local email
delivery agent, email sender is informed that you don't recieve their email
and they see the reason of rejection.
