The RPMSG standard appears to be a proprietary mess.
It is Microsoft Purview Message Encryption.
It attaches a "message_v4.rpmsg 	application/x-microsoft-rpmsg-message" to
emails. It also contains a heavily mangled link that should display an
Open message button to see the message in MS's portal.
Officially MS is all get Outlook.
Gmail, not that I would want to use it for anything, handles them natively
as does Fairmail an Android client but that's help much in squirrelmail on
systems that don't use Outlook.

Has anyone got RPMMSG to behave in squirrelmail?

I'm trying to figure out a way to make that Open message link appear.
