Hi Robert,

You might not be able to provide the ones that had been sent between you 
and the tax authority, but could you email a personal address, me, or 
even yourself, with the Purview Encryption enabled? Doesn't even have to 
contain any data, or maybe just a signature so there is data in the email.

I can double check if I have access to Purview encrypted emails via work 
as well.
