Personally, I'd like to see bug tracking integrated with the VCS, and I really despise SF's tracker. We extensively use trac at our workplace, it's a breeze to organize tickets and close them in commit messages. You might have noticed that Sourceforge just recently started offering apps such as trac. Which makes it a plus to actually _stay_ with sf -- svn performance aside.
