Search results expired: part 2?

I'm seeing the same type of problem in 1.40.20RC2 that Ralf reported here:

    http://article.gmane.org/gmane.mail.squirrelmail.devel/9796

but in the Recent Search area (links: save | search | forget ).

Error
This page request could not be verified and appears to have expired.

I've applied the read_body.php patch here:

http://squirrelmail.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/squirrelmail?view=rev&revision=13833

and not the search.php patch as recommended later in the thread above. 
Did I miss something, or is this another instance of a regression due to 
the security changes?
