No. It is not. Unless you think that code that does not work is supported. I
suspect that you missed "Unicode support" entry in PHP6 new features list or
you don't realize what it does to SquirrelMail. Don't tell that SquirrelMail
supports PHP6 or that it is easy to support, unless you try to run
SquirrelMail on PHP6 and current PHP6 version works with current stable
SquirrelMail version.
