In fact, if there's any way to know how long it took for your user to
build up enough tokens to lock themselves out, that would be helpful
to know.  For starters, how long had it been since you installed
1.4.20?  Also, if you still have access to the original preferences
file with all the tokens, can you send the token list?  It has dates
for all the tokens, so parsing those dates should provide the needed
date information.
