Search Not Working

Dear All, Search in my mailbox is not working problem i found the problem in some mails headers was Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii and some mails Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 mails which is having header Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii comes properly in search and mails with other header is not coming in result, please suggest the solutions.
