Btw, in bn_IN's setup.php there is an alias for both "bn" and "bn_BD" which
needs to be removed.

Yes, initially we {Ankur, a team consist of Bangladeshi and Indian
volunteers for Bengali localization} started with "bn" translation for
GNOME, KDE, Fedora etc projects. After the translation reached into a good
level, it was forked into "bn" and "bn_IN". Later we did not changed the
"bn" translations into "bn_BD".

Btw, Bengali is the first official language of Bangladesh.
