Squirrelmail UTF-8 and windows-2151 encoding problem.

Hello boys, im using squirrelmail for a long time, im very happy and i think cuz the software is usefull for me. But i have one problem, im from bulgaria, this mean i use cyrillic simbols. I was installed squirrelmail locales package and i setuped prefered language - bulgarian for my options menu. When im logged in the mail the default encoding is windows-1251, this is greates, i read mails without any problems, no matter UTF-8 or windows-1251 encoding. But when i press replay button only mails with windows-1251 encoding is correctly showed, mail with UTF-8 is broken, i see only (unreadable characters). P.P Sorry for my bad language.
