Please see if you can have a look. The translations > are unfortunately not usable as is. Are you just converting the existing Italian translations to UTF-8 or are you also reviewing the actual translations, i.e. "msgstr"? If the former I can do that with a script and commit it (won't take long). You only have to do manual labour it you're actually re-checking the translations.
