It seems ok to me. I would suggest only small fixes:

  * header is fuzzy
  * first string contains a typo in it (r -> ř)
  * translation of "Header Fields" could by a bit less straightforward 
("hlavičky" are IMHO enough to understand)

I enclose fixed file, if you wish to use it.
