The Default Language is set to en_US, as that is the way it should
react. The server is shared between the Belgian, Italian and Mexican
offices.
The Default Charset is set to iso-8859-1
Enable Lossy Encoding is set to false.

I will need to ask the people in Mexico to send me the headers, but this
can take a few days...
