SVN translation

Hello,

two things:

I see there are several new strings in 1.4.20-SVN that are not in 
squirrelmail.po / squirrelmail.pot. What is the way I must proceed to 
translate it?

Have you a link with information about the way to change the spanish 
translation from iso-8859-1 to utf-8?
