This is a question for the squirrelmail-users list, not the 
internationalization/translation/i18n list.

This message comes from your mail server, not from squirrelmail.  Check your 
smtp server configuration.  Direct further inquiries to the appropriate smtp 
mail server support list, or to squirrelmail-users.
