Hungarian help files and squirrelmai.po update

Dear developers,

I translated the entire SquirrelMail help to hungarian for the first time! Can 
you include it in the next L10n version?

In addition I updated the squirrelmail.po file for 1.4.21, because 3 messages 
unexpectedly became fuzzy since 1.4.18, and 1 message (not its translation) 
was inially wrong. The wrong message is "Delete/Move/Next Buttons:", which in 
fact does not get called from SquirrelMail.
