Don't use versions that old.  Or provide us with accurate information.

Did you consult the plugin's README and FAQ files?  It does not appear
that you did.  We need much much more information in order to help
you.

I also suggest reviewing the mailing list posting guidelines....  and
noting that this mailing list is for issues related to translations of
SquirrelMail in other languages, not plugins issues.
