Translation of Restrict Senders Plugin into Spanish

Hello,

this is my first post here. I've translated the .po file of the
restrict senders plugin into Spanish (Spain) es_ES.

As I told to Paul Lesniewski, I'd like to submit the .po file so
anyone else can have it already translated.

Could you tell me how to proceed with this?
