squirrelmail 1.5 language issue

Hello, Using squirrelmail 1.5, php-5.4, dovecot. Having some issues with Czech language. In the email list appears "Unknown sender". As well as, if i reply to that email, the email address does appear in the to field, but with an extra double qoute infront of it ". which needs to be removed everytime to send the email. Thirdly the body is empty on a reply. While there should be the original text of the email... Any ideas...
