"ATT-2.dat" suggests that the recipient is behind perhaps some AT&T
ISP or proxy or other such thing that is trying to do some mail
filtering.  The HTML Mail plugin doesn't create such attachments.  You
can feel free to send the full message source of such a message, but
the solution is likely on the recipient's end, somewhere in their mail
server or the connection between their mail server and the Internet
(or, I suppose, there could be some outgoing filtering on your
services).
