Because you didn't keep any thread context, it's very hard to remember
what you are referring to.  Presuming "att" was in reference to AT&T
was premature, since it could also mean "attachment", but either way,
vanilla SquirrelMail with only the HTML plugin creates no such named
attachment that I am aware of.

Please be more specific in regard to "multiple servers" -- what
software does each server use?  Do they all run their own IMAP/SMTP
instances?  Where are they located?

So perhaps your configuration of hMailserver is the issue.  Have you
checked with them?

Sure, I can try to take a look, but it's fairly doubtful that
SquirrelMail is the problem here.
