avelsieve: Missleading message in configtest

Good day,

avelsieve configtests says

"
    WARNING: I could not determine the capabilities for Sieve Mail
Filtering. Perhaps connectivity with ManageSieve server (if
backend=Managesieve) is bad?
"

if something is wrong. But it tries to connect as anonymous to the
server - which is not accepted on most configurations. So, if the port
is reachable, but it can't read the capabilities the messages should be
more clear?
